
Ingredients:
1 Banana
3/4 Cup almond milk (or a non-dairy milk you prefer)
1 Heaping TBSP Sunbutter (sunflower seed butter or a nut butter you like)
2 TBSP agave nectar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp ground nutmeg
2 Cloves, ground-up
1 Tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 Cup of ice
Method:
Put all ingredients into your Vitamix blender (or whichever blender you have) and mix until smooth. And, enjoy!
**To get a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of liquid and only put a 1/2 cup of almond milk**.

**Variations: Add a shot of cooled espresso or some cold brew for a caffeine kick. **Topping Ideas: Add coconut whip cream, sprinkle some cinnamon or drizzle caramel sauce (you can basically make your own healthier version of a Frappuccino this way).

Haha! You can totally gave it any time! Just take away the Christmas decorations and it’s just a yummy, healthy smoothie. Try it! I had to revise the recipe 3 times before posting it on my blog.
