This is a simple, quick, delicious and versatile recipe that you can literally use with a infinite number of different ingredient combinations to suit your taste buds and any occasion you might be making them for.
Recipe:
• 1 medium ripe mango
• 3/4 cup pure coconut water
• 3 – 4 medium size fresh basil leaves
Method:
Wash, peel and cut up mango and put in blender. Add coconut water and basil leaves. Blend for 1 minute, or until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour into ice cube tray and put in freezer. Let them freeze for 1 – 2 hours at least, or leave them overnight or until ready for use.
And that’s it! Easy peasy! 😀

Some ideas for use include:
~ Eat them by themselves as a snack! 😍
~ Infuse your water
~ Infuse your sparkling water
~ Add to your smoothie recipe
~ Add them to punch
~ Add them to coconut water or juice (fresh or not from concentrate for example)
Enjoy! 🌺 😃 🌿

This is easy and doable for me. The combination of mango, coconut milk and basil leaves is interesting. Will try it out. Thank you for sharing.

Great! I’m happy you feel that way. Make sure the coconut water you use is pure (Vita Coco and Taste Nirvana are good examples). Read the ingredients because some have added sugar and stuff in them. If you can get a fresh coconut, that’s even better. And you can create any mixture of simple ingredients you want (berries, matcha, non-dairy milks, chocolate, coffee, tea, other fruits and herbs, etc) to make it suit your taste or the occasion. Thanks for reading and commenting, Somali! 😁

Hey Chrissy, fresh tender coconut is available in plenty here in Mumbai. So, I’ll take that and keep in mind the additions that suit the occasion. Thank you. 🙂
