Blog #25: Plant-Based Protein Sources



This chart is short and to the point. I find it super helpful.  It shows many of the plant protein sources available for you to select from.  Pick the ones best for you.

I consume all the protein sources on this chart minus the hemp and pumpkin seeds (because often they are cross contaminated in manufacturing facilities, so I have to be careful of all seeds and hemp).  Sometimes I can have sunflower seeds if they are manufactured safely.

This chart shows you options to mix up what you eat, no matter what your purpose may be: Fitness? Health in general? Food allergies? Eczema relief? Arthritis relief? Gym-er? Dancer? Wrestler? Weight loss? Muscle gain?
