🌿 🍕 PIZZZZZAAA!! 🍕 🌿
Call me Batman, because I literally winged this bad-boy, and it came out pretty dang great for my first homemade vegan pizza.
Here’s some pizza deets: It’s entirely homemade, the crust is made out of Teff & Millet flour with nutritional yeast, water and ground flax.
The toppings are bell pepper, sweet onion, mushrooms, cilantro, parsley and black beans.
The non-dairy ‘cheese’ was my experiment of mixing hummus with nutritional yeast together.
This pizza is body-happy and food-allergy friendly, being free of: Gluten, soy, corn, dairy, nuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish.
I tell you, it’s a fantastic feeling to not feel like crap after eating food ✌️🤣👌
