I.N.G.R.E.D.I.E.N.T.S:
πΉ1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
πΉ1/2 of a banana
πΉ1 cup Frozen mixed berries
πΉ23g of vegan protein (Brand: Garden Life: Raw Protein – Beyond Organic Formula) π
M.E.T.H.O.D:
Put all ingredients in blender, or a Vita Mix. Blend to your satisfaction. Enjoy! π€£ πΏ
It was my first time using the vegan protein I used in this smoothie today. Β I must say, I’m impressed with it’s great taste! Β I have been hunting for a vegan protein that actually tastes great, and this is definitely one to check out and try. Β In the past, I have had difficulty drinking smoothies with vegan protein because I found that it tastes bad (As in, it tastes heavy, grainy and ruins the taste of my smoothie) βΉοΈ.
So, to find a vegan protein that is a pleasant addition to the taste of my smoothie is like striking gold πͺπ½ πΏ π¬π.
