🔹1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
🔹1/2 of a banana
🔹1 cup Frozen mixed berries
🔹23g of vegan protein (Brand: Garden Life: Raw Protein – Beyond Organic Formula) 👌
Put all ingredients in blender, or a Vita Mix. Blend to your satisfaction. Enjoy! 🤣 🌿
It was my first time using the vegan protein I used in this smoothie today. I must say, I’m impressed with it’s great taste! I have been hunting for a vegan protein that actually tastes great, and this is definitely one to check out and try. In the past, I have had difficulty drinking smoothies with vegan protein because I found that it tastes bad (As in, it tastes heavy, grainy and ruins the taste of my smoothie) ☹️.
So, to find a vegan protein that is a pleasant addition to the taste of my smoothie is like striking gold 💪🏽 🌿 😬👌.
