– Stoked Oats: 2 cups
– Quinoa: 1/3 cup
– Ground flax 1/3 cup
– Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
– Vanilla extract to taste
-Water (3 – 4 cups)
– Dried fruit (put what you like)
– Almond milk and agave nectar (add after cooking)
In a pot, combine oats, quinoa (either pre-soaked or pre-boil it so that it is a softer texture. Quinoa needs more cooking time than oats), Cinnamon, nutmeg, flax, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and water. Cook over low heat for 10 mins or until cooked. Add almond milk and agave nectar.
