SWEET-PO-TA-TO!! 💕💕🌿🌿😍😍 It’s a deliciously genius creation by mother nature, I must say (…Shout Out to Mother Nature ✌️🌿😂💃🏽🌿😎…lol). It just tastes good, man. No fuss. Pure yum. Like seriously, wash it off, stab it with a knife a few times and throw it in your oven to bake whole. That gives you food for a day or two. I really enjoy sweet potato because it actually tastes great itself, I don’t and anything other than a brush of oil if I’m grilling it or baking it cut up.
Sweet potato really helped me when I first started removing gluten from my diet years ago. I REALLY LOVED bread and getting that out of my diet was a ridiculously rough (I failed a lot trying to accomplish this) roller coaster ride. It was one of the natural foods I used to satisfy my cravings for bread and it definitely helped me out. Shout out to Sweet Potatoes! 🤣✌️😎🌿
