Everyone knows that ground flaxseeds are the jam, and it’s not only because it keeps your poop on point 😂 😄👌🙊💩 Whole flaxseeds are awesome too, but your body doesn’t digest whole seeds, so you end up pooping them out whole. (**Don’t listen to me, just look at your poop! 😎 💩**). Flaxseeds are full of fiber, Omega-3s and host many benefits to us humans. I got into Omega-3s to help me with my eczema/skin pain relief, and to keep my joints healthy with athletics that I do such as dancing and fitness. I have severe food allergies to all fish and shellfish, so my Omega-3 sources are always vegetarian (flax), never fish sourced (for example: salmon, herring, tuna, etc).
Omega-3 fatty acids can help your health in some of the following ways: 🔹Improve skin health, 🔹keep your joints healthy (super important when you’re very active or athletic)/helps improve arthritis, 🔹helps with depression and anxiety, 🔹helps maintain brain health, anti-inflammatory, 🔹plus other benefits.
You can get Omega-3s via a proper diet or supplements. Flax/ground flax can be purchased at your local health food store or at some grocery stores.
You can add flax to a lot of foods: cereals, yogurt, smoothies, salads, meatloaf, lentil/bean loaf, baked goods, burger patties, and whatever else you want to experiment with!
Happy pooping! 😀💩🤣💩✌️🌿🌿🌿
