I selected the ingredients used in this recipe to jive in harmony with my food allergies and dietary restrictions. I really needed proper snack solutions that fit my lifestyle and I felt a bit frustrated not finding what I wanted in stores. So then, this recipe was born!
You can use any energy ball recipe to figure out a measurement guideline you like.

**Please feel free to change any ingredients or measurements you want to suit your taste buds!**
Ingredients:
•2 cups gluten-free oats (Brand: Stoked Oats)
•1.5 TBSP ground flax seeds
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1.5 TBSP agave nectar (Brand: Wholesome)
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract
•1 cup sunflower butter (Brand: Sun Butter)
•3/4 cup chopped pitted dates
Method:
In a blender or food processor, grind up the oats for 10 to 20 seconds. Look to ensure oats look a bit finer in texture (be careful, you don’t want to make powder!) Remove oats from blender. Pour into mixing bowl. Add the ground flax and cinnamon.
Then, put your chopped pitted dates in the blender. Blend for a few seconds, or until the dates are in smaller pieces. Remove from blender. Add to mixing bowl with oats and ground flax.
Add agave nectar, vanilla extract and sunflower butter. Mix well with wooden or metal spoon. You can also mix this up in your food processor! I chose not to do that because I did NOT want to fight to wash sun butter out of the container and the cutting blade, lol.
Store the finished product in a container in the fridge.
Enjoy!
🙌 ✌️ 😀 💃
